Established committee to review and create a new copy of by laws for the club.

Ours have been missing and new ones are needed. Committee is Dean, Ken M, Jason and LB.

No action taken on this item at time of this meeting. Suggestion was made to commit to a time to get together.

Decision was to meet for dinner @ Black Rock Pizza on Wed 1/27 @ 6:30. To start the process.
